Help for Self-Service Banner using Username / Password
You can use your NMHU username and password to log into university
computers, email, Desire2Learn, library resources from off campus, and
Self-Service Banner. This allows you to use the same username and
password to access all of these resources.
- Password Requirements - New passwords must meet these requirements:
- At least 8 characters in length
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 number
- Must NOT contain your name or username
- Current Student
- Click here if you need to lookup your username.
- Click here if you need to RESET your password. Note: You must change your password after resetting it BEFORE you can log in to Self-Service Banner, email, and Desire2Learn.
- Click here if you need to CHANGE your password.
- Current Employees
- Current employees should have a username and password; otherwise, you must log in with Banner ID and PIN.
- Click here to lookup your username.
- If you have forgotten your password or your password has expired, call ITS at 505-454-3496 to reset your password.
